One important note: If you become a client, the data we handle for your actual project — patient data, transformer readings, insurance claims, whatever it may be — is covered by a separate agreement we'll sign together. This page is only about our website, not your project.

Simple reasons:

• To reply to you and understand what you need
• To keep the conversation going once you've reached out
• To make our website better over time
• To occasionally share something useful, if you've already talked to us — you can opt out anytime
• To follow the law, when we're required to

That's it. We're not building a marketing database in the background.

We never sell your data. Not to anyone, for any reason.

Almost no one. A few honest exceptions:

• Tools we use to run the site, like our hosting provider and Google Tag Manager. They handle data carefully, and only for the job they're doing.
• Legal authorities, but only if the law genuinely requires it.

We don't share your details with advertisers, data brokers, or random third parties. That's not how we operate.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and just as a matter of how we like to treat people, you can:

• See what data we have on you
• Fix anything that's wrong or outdated
• Tell us to stop contacting you
• Ask us to delete your data, unless we're legally required to keep it
• Ask us anything about how we're using your info

Our site uses cookies, mostly for analytics — so we can see general trends, like which pages get read the most. We're not using them to follow you around the internet. You can turn cookies off in your browser whenever you like; the site will still work fine.

We take this seriously. In practice, that means:

• Only the people on our team who actually need access to your enquiry get it
• We regularly check that the tools and vendors we use are secure

Nothing online is ever 100% risk-free, but we handle your data with the same care we bring to systems running in hospitals and substations — carefully, and without shortcuts.

We hold on to your information for as long as it's actually useful — while we're talking, or while there's a real reason to keep it. If a conversation goes quiet for a long time, we clean up old records.

This site is built for businesses and professionals. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18
